WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located at 109 E Chicago Rd, Sturgis, Mi. Inside Jaclyn Nicole Salon.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Parking is available both in the front and back of the salon. However, I kindly ask that clients use the back entrance for their convenience. For security reasons, if I'm working alone doing a treatment, the doors will be locked. Rest assured, once I'm able to, I will unlock the door for you.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
When considering what to wear, opt for comfy clothes that allow you to relax and feel at ease during your appointment. I have a facial robe for your upper half that you change into. Comfort is key to ensuring you have a pleasant experience. Feel free to dress in whatever makes you feel most comfortable and relaxed.
SHOULD I TAKE MY JEWELRY OFF?
Please consider removing any dangling earrings, bracelets, and rings, if it's convenient for you. Your chosen session length may include a soothing arm and hand massage. I'm aware that permanent jewelry is currently popular, so if you happen to be wearing any, rest assured, we can easily accommodate it.
SHOULD I WASH MY HAIR BEFORE MY TREATMENT?
No, you don't have to wash your hair before your treatment, but if you choose to, that's perfectly fine too. We'll ensure your scalp treatment is effective and enjoyable regardless of whether your hair is washed beforehand. Please note: if you like to use hairspray/gel we just ask that when you come for your treatment, you don’t have these products in your hair.
SHOULD I ARRIVE EARLY FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
No, it's not necessary for you to arrive early. I've scheduled time specifically to change sheets and clean my supplies between each appointment, ensuring everything is fresh and sanitized for your comfort and safety. However, if you do get there a little early, that’s okay too, we have waiting areas I’m not quite ready for you.
IS THE ROOM QUIET?
While we try to keep the environment as quiet as possible for deeper relaxation, we are located inside a salon with office spaces above us as well, so there may be some muffled noises, especially during normal business hours.
CAN TWO PEOPLE BOOK AN APPOINTMENT TOGETHER?
Although I have only one massage/shampoo table available, I do have a couple of waiting areas where one person can comfortably wait while the other receives their treatment.
CAN I GET A TREATMENT DONE IF I HAVE EXTENSIONS IN?
I do not recommend you get this done with the extensions in, however it’s great to do on the day you get them taken out and right before you get them re-installed again. Having a purified scalp, free from any buildup gives you a nice clean slate when putting the extensions back in.

We accept Venmo, Cash, Check (local banks only) & credit cards.
I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN, WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
We exclusively use all organic, biodynamic products that are gentle for all skin and scalps, ensuring a soothing and nourishing experience for our clients.
